Most items take minutes. Watches, signed jewelry and uncertified stones take longer because they deserve research, and we will tell you when something needs a second look rather than guessing at the counter.
If you cannot come in, ask about our house-call service for larger collections and estates. Photographs and a description are usually enough to tell you whether a visit is worth your time.
