Pages on this site describe services in plain language. They are not an offer to lend, to buy, or to sell any item, and no transaction exists until we have reviewed the item in person and signed the appropriate documents.

Pawn and secondhand transactions
Florida requires photo identification for pawn and secondhand transactions, a written contract, and a record of the item. We comply with those requirements for every transaction without exception, and we may decline a transaction where ownership or provenance cannot be established.
Some categories are regulated. Those transactions are handled in store, in person, under licence, and only where the required documentation is provided.
